Corny by Teresa Kogut (WIP)

This is my progress on Corny.  I've been stitching him on Saturday nights for the SummerWeen Mayhem Moment events in our Discord.  I just have the wheel and the rest of the ear of corn to finish.

I got the entire kit as a Patreon exclusive in 2025.

I can't wait to pain the display from Chantelle's 141 Design for this one.

Cracker: GInger - Stacy Nash (WIP)

Here is my progress on "Ginger" from Stacy Nash.  I am stitching on this cracker on Wed. evenings during the Cathie's Challenge on our Discord group to celebrate our Designer of the Month for August.  I will be reversing and modifying the pattern to stitch the back of the cracker as well. I just grabbed floss colors out of my stash to go with "Bobbin", the little mouse cracker I previously stitched. Love how it is turning out so far.  Due to popularity, we will be continuing our Wednesday evening meetings to stitch in Discord for the next few weeks in September.

America the Beautiful Mystery SAL Part 5 (August) - Teresa Kogut (Finish)

Today I finished Part 5 of the America the Beautiful Mystery SAL today.  Phew!  This one was more stitch heavy than the rest have been, but it was adorable!  Absolutely love the horse, the cat on the roof, and the cute little house with the bunting under the windows.

Cracker: Ginger - Stacy Nash (New Start)

I am participating in a challenge in my discord group.  Cathie's challenge is to stich a cracker by Stacy Nash.  We are stitching together every Wednesday evening on our crackers.  I started Ginger by Stacy Nash.  She was from the Jingle Ball last year.

I am stitching her on 40 ct. Aztec Red.  I picked my own floss colors from my stash.

Round Robin Band Sampler (Partial finish)

I got my band sampler back and am thrilled with it!

I can't wait to design the border and/or footter and finish it.

Some people from our discord group decided to do a round robin band sampler.  We each designed an 8" band between .5 and 1 inch tall.  Each person picked their own fabric and floss colors and types (although we did specify 32 ct.).  You could also include beads if you desired. We stitched our own band on the top, then sent the fabric and flosses to the next person on the mailing list who would stitch their band on the sampler.   We put our initials on the left side and the initials for our state on the right.  We eventually received the band back after it completed the mailing list.

You can find the specifics for the sampler previously in this blog.

Christmas Magic - Primrose (Finish)

During Christmas in July in our Discord group we worked on some Christmas WIPS.  I had Christmas Magic from Primrose in my stash and decided to work on this during our weekly events.  Yes, I know the date says 26 instead of 25.  I mistakenly changed this thinking it was the year and didn't want to rip it out.  We will just pretend that it celebrates Unboxing Day.

Stitched on 32 ct. taupe lugana with the provided Colour $ Cotton flosses. I will most likely finish this as a flat.

Sweetly Sayin': Valentine's Day - Primrose Cottage (FFO)

I  finally got to do some FFO's today.  This is Sweetly Sayin': Valentine's Day from Primrose Cottage finished as a small little pillow.  I did change the floss colors.

America the Beautiful Mystery Sal - Teresa Kogut - Part 5

Today is August 1st.  This marks the start of Part 5 of the "America the Beautiful" Mystery Sal from Teresa Kogut.  We were warned ahead of time that this month's edition was a little stitch heavy.  We shall see, won't we?  This is as far as I got today.
