Hop into Spring has been waiting for me to paint and assemble the beautiful display board (Frilltastic board) from Chantelle's 141 Design.
Love it!
This is the blog for SueStagsStitches (also known as Speedy Sue). I post things to this blog to keep a record of what I'm stitching from day to day.
Fabric: 40 ct. Maple Bar From Cedar River Linen
Floss: Called for flosses
This is one of the last round robin band samplers I will be stitching on for our discord group. This has been really fun, and I've learned a lot. Every single band has been absolutely beautiful!
For. now, I'm just stacking the FFO's in little cardboard dog food trays with all the materials to FFO so I should be ready to go back to "Finishing Fridays" when I start up again.
It's not a great picture, but I stitched the April Monthly Mini from Primrose Cottage.
Fabric: 28 ct. light taupe lugana. Floss: DMC
I plan to FFO these as pillows as I have the finishing kit from Primrose. I also stitched some of these as biscornu's too.
I will most likely FFO this in a drum as I plan to keep it out with my stitching stuff all year.
Finished my oldest WIP today! I love the piece, I'm not sure why it took so long for me to finish it, but Aida is a little harder for me to stitch on. It came up on my WIPGO so voila - it's done!
Fabric: 14 ct. Navy Aida. Floss: DMC
We are having a Tiny Town month during April in the DotDotGoose Discord group. You can stitch any tiny town pattern during the month of April. This is the start of mine.
Fabric: 32 ct. Icelandic Geay Lugana
Floss: DMC
This is my April section of the mystery SAL. I wish I had color picked the March section, but I was pressed for time. The April section was a straight stitch showing the variegation in the floss.
