And here they are... I decided to paint the hoops black because they will be part of another display that has black frames. The blue, while pretty, wouldn't match.
This kit was a mystery box from Chantelle's 141 and Hands on Design.
Fabric: 32 ct. Belfast linen, Antique White
Floss: DMC
Finishing kit: Chantelle's 141
The small hoop and chart was a bonus in the box.
Love them!
Sorry, I can't show you the pre-stitches, but I will say that they are three really cute Christmas themed ornaments. I'll show them later when I have them all fully-finished after the retreat (when we are allowed of course!).
EEK!
I took the last three days to stitch page 7 of Teresa Kogut's Hometown SAL. I'm loving this SAL. It's never too much to stitch in a month. It's also my first try at 36 ct. linen 1 over 1.
Fabric: 32 ct. Belfast linen, antique white
Floss: DMC
I look forward to FFOing these in the cute little hoops from Chantelle's 141. Now I have to decide what color I'm going to paint them... sigh!
I fully finished Stitching with the Housewives "Liberty" Word Swap and "Summer" Sayings of the Season. They are so cheery! I'll be happy to keep these up until Labor Day.
Liberty: 28 ct. Monaco, White and called for CCW floss.
Summer: 28 ct. Monaco, Black and called for CCW floss.
Metal organizer from Hobby Lobby.
Fabric: 32 ct. Wichelt linen in charcoal
Floss: DMC colors from the chart.
I can't wait to fully finish it.
I decided that I have enjoyed stitching this entire Cricket Collection series so much that I'm going to look for more to do this year. I hand dyed the 28 ct. brittney lugana that I got from Herrschners for each of the seasons. This was my first dyeing experience and extremely successful.
Spring is stitched on a 28 ct. yellow-green fabric with DMC floss. I can't wait to frame them, but I need to finish Summer first!

I snuck in a FFO of Primrose Cottage's Sweet Land of Liberty. A day late and a dollar short! LOL! I wanted to have this done for the 4th, but I'll have to settle for the 5th of July.
Fabric: 32 ct. light taupe lugana
Floss and finishing: Kit from Primrose Cottage.
I stitched and finished "Straighten Your Crown" by Little Robin Designs for my daughter's office for her birthday. I had to wait to post this so she would still be surprised. The stitch count is 144w x 65h and was stitched on 32 ct. light taupe lugana with DMC floss. It was finished on a wooden display piece from Hobby Lobby (2277937) Welcome-ish Wood Decor with Lady Dot Creates "Union" mini-pom pom trim.
I stitched it on 32 ct. light taupe lugana with the DMC floss included in the finishing kit.
I will be FFOing it as a pillow with the finishing kit from Primrose Cottage. I just love their choice of fabrics and I can't get good fabric near me.
I stitched and FFO'd my next two strawberry projects! These are from Primrose Cottages most recent Sip & Stitch box.
I love stitching their patterns as a relaxing stitch in between my larger projects.
The Berry Basket and Strawberry Quilt are both stitched on 32 ct. lugana (Ice) with the provided flosses and finished with the finishing kits available from Primrose Cottage.AND... I LOVE MY DRINKING VESSEL!
